WEST CALDWELL, NJ — Do you live in West Caldwell and need help making repairs to your home? There might be $20,000 with your name on it if you qualify for a local home improvement program.
The township recently issued a reminder about its Home Improvement Program, which provides loans up to $20,000 for eligible residents. Rental property owners may also inquire about eligibility.
Funds are provided as a no-interest, 10-year forgivable loan. The program is sponsored by the Township of West Caldwell and funded through developer’s fees.
