Caldwell Flu Clinic

As the leaves and the weather change, don’t forget to protect yourself against the upcoming flu season.  

The Caldwell Health Department will be offering their annual Flu Clinic on Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2012 from 2:30 to 4 p.m. 

This clinic will be held in the senior activities room in the Grover Cleveland Senior Center at the Caldwell Community Center, 1 Provost Square, Caldwell.  

There is no appointment necessary, you can just show up.

This clinic is free to those who present their Medicare Card – sorry no HMO’s. If you do not have a Medicare Card there is a $25 charge for this clinic.  

Anyone over 18 is welcome.
