Fitness Classes For Older Adults In Caldwell: 2025 Events

The Caldwell Board of Health will be hosting a series of winter fitness classes for older residents in January and February.

CALDWELL, NJ — The Caldwell Board of Health will be hosting a series of winter fitness classes for older residents in January and February.

According to a news release, the classes are open to people 60 years and older. They will take place at 1 p.m. on the following Wednesdays: Jan. 22, Jan. 29, Feb. 5, Feb. 12, Feb. 19 and Feb. 26.

The one-hour class will include a five-minute warmup stretch, 15 minutes of aerobics, 10 minutes with an exercise ball, 10 minutes with a stretch band, 10 minutes with weights and a five-minute cooldown.

The cost is $10 for residents and $12 for non-residents. Participants must bring a two, three or four-pound weight, a stretch band and a ball. Call 973-403-4623 for more information, and see an application form below.
