SHARA BAILEY - "I am a representational artist who has a lifelong fascination with dramatic landscapes. These landscapes may be scenes I’ve encountered during my travels – especially my annual trips to the American West – or they may be urban scenes I encounter on a more regular basis. What they have in common is that they reflect a special moment when the light and sky remind me that beauty is everywhere. Sometimes, all we need are some rose-colored glasses to see it."
WENDY BELLERMAN - "I excavate colored clays and stones and transform them into paints, just as artists have done since prehistoric times. Working with my own pigments gives me a connection to time and the earth that infuses my art but also allows me to create my own visions."
LESLIE GOLDMAN - Drawing from her lifelong training of artistic craftsmanship, meditation, and gratitude practice, Leslie Goldman/Wild Cherry Art creates bold, colorful, and playful acrylic paintings to connect you to your joy.
DENISE HARDIE - "My lifelong love of art has led me to explore a wide variety of media. I am currently experimenting with mixed media, infusing paper and paint to create an exciting piece of work."
MARIA SAVIDIS MARKATOS - "My interest in photography began at an early age with a gifted Brownie leading to a Fine Arts degree at Kean University. Beginning in the 1980s, my photographs were exhibited in NY metro area shows and galleries. From 2004, my collection was displayed virtually. It was not until 2021 that I once again resumed participation at exhibitions in the 'real world.' Since that time, my work has been accepted for 20 juried shows in New Jersey, receiving special recognition in several."
JILL VONDERVOR - I am a watercolor painter, mostly representational trying to recreate perhaps a memory of a place. I have been successful painting homes. having done over 50 commissioned houses. I love this medium as you have to think about how to accomplish anything prior to execution, there is always a challenge. Having studied many types of art for almost 50 years. This is the media that speaks to me.
ALLAN WOOD - Through photographic images and abstractions of the natural world, I invite you to share my sense of the incredible beauty around us and stretch your imagination.
