How To Get Rid Of Old Christmas Trees In North Caldwell: 2025 Update

Here's when North Caldwell will stop collecting old trees this year.

NORTH CALDWELL, NJ — Got an old Christmas tree to get rid of to kick off 2025? The North Caldwell Department of Public Works will begin collecting them on Monday, Jan. 6.

Residents should place trees at the curb (but not in the street). Trees in tree bags, trees with lights, tree bases and wreaths will not be collected.

The last day of collection will be Feb. 7.
