Introducing The SHE Project: New Summer Leadership Camp for Grades 6-8
A creative and confidence-building mini-camp for middle school girls, featuring leadership workshops, peer connection, and mentorship

Mount St. Dominic Academy is thrilled to announce the launch of The SHE Project: Strength. Hope. Empowerment., a brand-new summer mini-camp created to inspire and empower middle school girls. This exciting three-day program will debut June 24–26 from 9am to 12:30pm on our beautiful Caldwell campus, located at 3 Ryerson Ave., Caldwell, NJ.
Open to girls entering grades 6–8, The SHE Project offers an engaging and uplifting experience designed to build confidence, spark creativity, and encourage leadership in a fun and supportive environment. Participants will take part in interactive workshops, creative challenges, and meaningful conversations that explore what it means to lead with courage, speak with purpose, and support others—while forming lasting friendships.
“As a school that believes deeply in the empowerment of young women, we are excited to launch this new program that builds leadership and confidence from an early age,” said Dr. Karen D’Avino, Principal of Mount St. Dominic Academy. “The SHE Project is all about creativity, connection, and helping girls discover their potential.”
