Local Kiwanis Members Attend Circle K International Convention

Members of the Kiwanis Club of Caldwell-West Essex attended the New Jersey District Convention of Circle K International, a collegiate service organization sponsored by Kiwanis. The Caldwell-West Essex Club sponsors the Circle K at Caldwell University.

Members attending the Convention included John Krug and Patti Krug of North Caldwell, District Governor Kirk Popiolek of Haddonfield, Club President Jessica Almeida of West Caldwell, Immediate Past District Governor Dean Konner of Livingston, and Anthony Thomas of West Orange. John Krug served as the District Administrator of New Jersey Circle K for many years and Dean Konner served as Financial Counselor. John was recognized by the current District Administrator, Michael Olivio, for the profound difference he made in his life and his choice to become involved in Kiwanis and Circle K in a leadership role.
