NORTH CALDWELL, NJ — A water main break in North Caldwell may cause service disruption or discolored water, authorities announced Tuesday.

The borough released the following advisory about the break:

“Please be advised that the Passaic Valley Water Commission will be performing repairs on the water main that feeds the Skyline Drive water tank in the vicinity of Brookside Terrace. Water service disruption is possible throughout the day. Please expect discoloration once water service is restored; run faucets until water runs clear.”

“Thank you in advance for your patience as repairs are made,” the advisory added.
