Mike Goldman, Essex Fells Resident, Philanthropist and Accomplished Executive, to Receive Tri-County Scholarship Fund Hall of Fame Award at 44th Annual Awards Dinner

Mendham, NJ, August 13, 2025– The Tri-County Scholarship Fund (TCSF) Board is pleased to announce its 44th Annual Awards Dinner, to be held on November 4, 2025, at The Legacy Castle in Pompton Plains, New Jersey. This is TCSF’s largest fundraising event, supporting scholarships for financially disadvantaged students in northern New Jersey to attend safe, quality, independent schools.

This year, Mike Goldman, President and Chief Operating Officer of NFP, an Aon company, will receive the prestigious Hall of Fame Award. In his role at NFP, Goldman directs strategic initiatives that empower NFP to grow within a global operating structure, ensuring the company delivers an expansive suite of solutions to clients. Since joining NFP in 2001, he has held a variety of roles, including leading the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) division and spearheading the creation of NFP’s insurtech/fintech venture investment fund. Before joining NFP, Goldman worked in the M&A department at the prominent law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

“I am a strong believer in the power of education and how it can change lives in meaningful and positive ways,” said Goldman. “Being able to support TCSF’s mission and expand access to quality educational opportunities for young people who don’t have optimal learning environments continues to be very fulfilling for me. I am grateful for this honor and look forward to continuing to elevate knowledge and spark the curiosity essential to success through my work with TCSF.”

Goldman is committed to philanthropy, also serving on the board of Project Sunshine, an organization that provides essential support, through play and creative activities, to children facing medical challenges. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and a Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law. Mike Goldman resides in Essex Fells with his wife, Carolyn, and three daughters, Bridget, Merritt, and Lindsey.
