North Caldwell Road Closed For Water Main Repairs On Tuesday

"Water service disruption is likely throughout the afternoon and into the evening."

NORTH CALDWELL, NJ — A road in North Caldwell will be temporarily closed to make water main repairs, borough officials reported Tuesday.

The Borough of North Caldwell issued the following advisory at 2:33 p.m.:

“The North Caldwell Water Department will be performing water main repairs in the vicinity of 17 Squire Hill Road. The road will be closed, and open to local traffic only. For the safety of vehicle passengers and the crew working, please do not drive through any road closure. Water service disruption is likely throughout the afternoon and into the evening. Please expect discoloration once water service is restored; run faucets until water runs clear.”

“Thank you in advance for your patience as repairs are made,” the borough’s advisory stated.
