Photo: West Essex Middle Schoolers Get "Caught" Reading
During Teen Read week, students at the North Caldwell school were constantly found with a book, as they celebrated the school's spirit week.
As part of West Essex Middle School’s Teen Read Week, students were “caught reading” all over the middle school. The “Get Caught Reading” campaign was also part of Spirit Week.
On Monday, Oct. 20, which was also Pajama Day for Spirit Week, teachers and students snuggled up with books in classrooms. the cafeteria and in the library, of course. School officials applauded Middle School Librarian Catherine Spinella, whose love of books is quite contagious and everyone is catching it!
