Photos: West Essex Culinary Students Create Gourmet Gingerbread Houses

Students at the North Caldwell school were given the task of designing and assembling artisan gingerbread houses for their holiday projects.

West Essex High School Culinary II students created beautifully decorated gingerbread houses for their holiday projects. After assembling the houses, the students decorated them with everything from icing to candy canes to gum drops.
