Police Need Public's Help in Search for Missing Woman With Paranoia

New Jersey State Police are seeking the public’s help in the search for a missing 52-year-old woman suffering from paranoia. She was last seen in Belleville on Oct. 2.

Mildred Soto, 52, (pictured) may be in the mid-town Manhattan area, or in Bergen of Hudson County, Police say.

Police are describing the severity of Soto’s disappearance as “moderate, with possible threat to life or property,” adding that urgent action needs to be taken.

Police also stated that the nature of Soto’s paranoid mental health condition is certain, and has been observed and determined to be ongoing.
