ARTIST’S STATEMENT: Visions…Old and New

This show celebrates my return to creating art after more than a decade of other priorities. My fine art education was at School of Visual Arts (NY), NJ Center for Visual Arts and Montclair State University. I am now studying with Margie Samuels.

I am exhibiting some of my past work in oil, but mostly new work in Acrylic and Collage. My painting style tends to be impressionistic and subject matter ranges from portraits, still lives and landscapes to various birds, animals and abstracts.

I see a colorful and energetic world around me and am excited about the possibilities of exploring new mediums and subjects.

West Caldwell Public Library is located at 30 Clinton Road and is open to all Monday-Wednesday 9am-8pm, Thursday-Saturday 9am-5pm.
