UPDATE: West Caldwell Police announced that Passaic Avenue northbound from Westville Avenue to Bloomfield Avenue is now open.
The West Caldwell Police Department informed residents of road closures in the township because of road construction.
Passaic Avenue (North) between Westville Avenue and Bloomfield Avenue is closed due to emergency utility repairs. Southbound traffic is presently open.
