Water Main Break In North Caldwell Impacts Service, Traffic
Water service disruption is likely throughout the morning and afternoon, North Caldwell borough officials said.
NORTH CALDWELL, NJ — A water main break near Sunset Drive in North Caldwell is expected to disrupt traffic and water pressure on Wednesday, officials say.
The Borough of North Caldwell issued the following advisory at 10:08 a.m.:
“The North Caldwell Water Department will be performing water main repairs in the vicinity of Sunset Drive. The road will be closed, and open to local traffic only. For the safety of vehicle passengers and the crew working, please do not drive through any road closure. Water service disruption is likely throughout the morning and afternoon. Please expect discoloration once water service is restored; run faucets until water runs clear.”
“Thank you in advance for your patience as repairs are made,” the advisory stated.
