Water Main Repair In North Caldwell Will Impact Service, Traffic

CALDWELLS, NJ – Water main repairs are expected to cause service and traffic disruptions on Friday in North Caldwell.

According to a municipal alert, the North Caldwell Water Department is making water main repairs in the vicinity of Grandview Avenue near Squire Hill Road.

Expected impacts include:

WATER SERVICE – “Water service disruption is likely throughout the afternoon and evening. Please expect discoloration once water service is restored; run faucets until water runs clear.”

TRAFFIC – “The road will be closed, and open to local traffic only. For the safety of vehicle passengers and the crew working, please do not drive through any road closure. Please follow all posted traffic signs.”

“Thank you in advance for your patience as repairs are made,” North Caldwell officials said.
