West Caldwell Hearing Will Discuss Comcast Renewal Application

The hearing will be held to evaluate Comcast's renewal of its municipal consent to operate a cable TV and communications system in the town.

WEST CALDWELL, NJ — The Township of West Caldwell will hold a municipal consent hearing on Tuesday, Nov. 11 to discuss a renewal application from Comcast.

According to a public notice from the township, the hearing will take place at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 30 Clinton Road.

“This hearing will be held for the purpose of evaluating the application of Comcast of New Jersey II, LLC for the renewal of its municipal consent to own, operate, extend, and maintain a cable television and cable communications system in the Township of West Caldwell and is held in accordance with N.J.S.A. 48:5A-23, and N.J.A.C. 14:18-11.6, and all other applicable statutory and regulatory provisions.”

All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard with respect to this application, the notice states.
