West Essex High School Receives Sportsmanship Award
The NJSIAA awarded the 2013-2014 Sportsmanship Award to this West Essex high school.
West Essex Regional High School announced it has received the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA) Sportsmanship Award for 2013-2014.
West Essex athletic director Damion Macioci said representatives from the Super Essex Conference made the recommendation to the NJSIAA based on feedback from schools in the conference.
“This award is a direct reflection of our coaches, always instilling principles of good sportsmanship in our players,” Macioci said. “Their leadership and willingness to set a positive example as coaches, contributed to this great accomplishment.”
