Chatham Borough Curbside Brush Pickup Postponed
Due to snow cover, Chatham Borough has decided to postpone the start of curbside brush pickup.

Chatham Borough informed residents that due to snow cover, the annual curbside brush collection scheduled for Monday, March 16, has been postponed to the following week.
The curbside brush collection will now begin on Monday, March 23. The Borough’s Department of Public Works said to have any brush out at the curb ny 7:30 a.m., according to nj.com.
The DPW said this is a brush only collection. Limbs should be tied in a bundle using twine and should not exceed 4 feet in length and 4 inches in diameter.

Yard waste, tree stumps, leaves, grass, plants or shrubs, and plastic or brown leaf bags will not be collected during the brush collection, nj.com said. Such yard waste can be taken to the mulch area beginning on Saturday, March 14.
