Town Wide Shredding Event Set for Chatham Saturday

Chatham Borough will host a paper shredding event Saturday for all local residents at a minimal cost.

The event will be held at Lafayette School from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 17. Residents can bring documents for secure and confidential shredding as well as newspapers, magazines, and paperbacks.

Cost is nominal at $5 per grocery bag and $10 for a standard size box of paper.

All proceeds will benefit Senior Services of the Chathams.
