Boy, 15, Hit By Car On Route 70 In Cherry Hill: Police

A 15-year-old boy was struck by a car while attempting to cross Route 70 in Cherry Hill on his bike Thursday night, according to police.

CHERRY HILL, NJ — A 15-year-old boy was struck by a car while attempting to cross Route 70 in Cherry Hill on his bike Thursday night, according to police.

The accident happened at about 11:42 p.m. on Route 70, according to a spokesman for the Cherry Hill Police Department.

He was taken to Cooper University Hospital with multiple injuries, and was in stable condition as of Thursday night, police said.

The driver remained on the scene, according to police. The accident remains under investigation, but police said they don't expect any charges to be filed.
