Camden Co. Woman Shared Child Porn On Snapchat: Prosecutor
A forensic search of her phone revealed the illegal material, authorities said.

VOORHEES, NJ — A Camden County woman was arrested Thursday after authorities say she shared child pornography on Snapchat.
Makayla Johnson, 20, of Voorhees, was charged after an investigation that included a forensic search of her phone, according to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office.
County detectives began investigating after receiving multiple cyber tips about a Snapchat user possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material. They later identified Johnson as the person behind the account, authorities said.

Investigators also found the illegal material during a forensic search of Johnson's phone, officials said.
Johnson was charged with second-degree distribution of child sexual abuse material, along with second-degree intent to distribute and third-degree possession of such material.

She was arrested Thursday at her Voorhees home and placed in the Camden County Correctional Facility.
Attorney information for Johnson was unavailable in online court records as of 4 p.m. Thursday.
