Caught With 50 Sex Abuse Videos, Williamstown Man Pleads Guilty: Feds

Joseph Cooper was previously convicted on a porn-related charge involving a child, an official said.

CAMDEN, NJ – A Williamstown man pleaded guilty to one count of possession of child pornography in U.S. District Court in Camden, the U.S. Attorney’s General’s office said on Wednesday.

Joseph Cooper, 76, will be sentenced on Jan. 17, an official said.

An October 2020 search of Cooper’s home found computers with 50 videos and 200 images of child sexual abuse, “including depictions of prepubescent minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct,” a news release stated.
