CHERRY HILL, NJ — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented and changing times.

Reason for recognition: Martina took on the role of group manager shortly after the pandemic hit. She had to hit the ground running. She had to learn the job, the individuals living in the house and the staff, while hiring new staff to fill vacancies and overseeing the operation of the group home.
One thing to know: She has a positive attitude, is enthusiastic, loves her job, has great leadership with the staff, and makes life for four disabled individuals who were "locked down" enjoyable.
