"Julio is one of the most selfless, hardworking, and genuine people you’ll ever meet," the GoFundMe says. "He’s the kind of person who would literally give the shirt off his back to help someone else. Now, he and his family are in need and have to completely rebuild their lives from scratch."

The Cherry Hill Fire Department shared photos of the house going up in flames. Once extinguished, the home was still standing, but multiple floors were heavily damaged.

Smoke from the fire traveled into Evesham. The township's police warned people to avoid Route 73 and Centre Boulevard because of a "smoke condition" from the fire, which was about a mile away.

There's been no word of what caused the fire.
