Man Stabbed Boy Inside Their Cherry Hill Home: Prosecutor
The suspect was arrested 2 days after the incident.
CHERRY HILL, NJ — A man was arrested Monday after authorities say he stabbed and wounded a boy in a Cherry Hill home.
The victim — a 15-year-old boy — was stabbed around 10:35 a.m. Saturday on the 300 block of Hialeah Drive, officials told Patch. He was brought to Cooper University Hospital in Camden and has since been released.
All involved parties live in the same household where the incident happened, according to a spokesperson for the Camden County Prosecutor's Office. Additional information about the incident wasn't immediately available.

Corie Schopperth, 20, was identified as the suspect and arrested Monday in Washington Township.
Schopperth was charged with second-degree aggravated assault and third-degree counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and endangering the welfare of a child, along with fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon.

He was placed in the Camden County Correctional Facility.
