New Bao, Dumpling Restaurant Opens In Cherry Hill

CHERRY HILL, NJ — A new restaurant specializing in handmade bao and dumplings has opened in Cherry Hill.

Bao Mama held its soft opening Friday at 926 Haddonfield Rd., Unit D.

The menu features a range of bao (steamed buns with various fillings), dumplings, noodle dishes and teas.

South Jersey Food Scene first reported the restaurant's opening.

Owner Anna Lu comes from a family with decades of experience making fresh dough for bao buns and noodles, according to South Jersey Food Scene.
