Tire-Slasher Hit Cars in Barlow, Police Say

An unidentified man was caught on surveillance video slashing tires in Cherry Hill's Barlow neighborhood over the weekend, and Cherry Hill Police are asking for the public's help in trying to identify him.

Caught in a brief snippet of black-and-white video, the man, wearing a backwards baseball cap and glasses, is shown slashing the driver's-side tires on one car in nine seconds.

Police say he went on the slashing spree around midnight Sunday.
