CHERRY HILL, NJ — The Cherry Hill Police Department released body camera footage from the investigation into sex crime charges against actor Gary Busey during a fan convention held in the municipality last month. (See video below)

A substantial part of the 17 different videos the Cherry Hill Police Department released — including a lengthy video with "Gary Busey Interview" as part of its file name and shorter videos with "witness interview" and "witness statement" as part of their file names — are entirely blurred and muted.

In one video with "Gary Busey Contact" as part of the file name, a man who seemed to be Busey was seen providing an off-camera police officer his contact information.

"How do I get a hold of you?" the off-camera police officer asked.

The audio is then muted until Busey said "California."

"Good weather out there?" the off-camera police officer appeared to ask.

"Just like this," Busey seemed to respond. "The weather's really nice."

The off-camera police officer then made sure Busey knew how to get a hold of him, and ended the discussion with the actor by saying "have a good trip."

Busey was scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Camden County on Wednesday on various sex crime-related charges.

However, the hearing was postponed, and a new court date was not set as of 12: 45 p.m. Thursday, an employee of the criminal division at the Camden County Courts said.

Busey previously told TMZ that the three women who made claims such as he groped them and tried to unlatch one of their bras at the Monster-Mania con held from Aug. 12 through Aug. 14 in Cherry Hill were lying.

The 78-year-old actor also told TMZ that "nothing inappropriate" happened during the event.

Busey added he has a partner and photographer who will support his claims, and that he has no regrets about the convention because he did nothing wrong, TMZ also reported.

"I don't carry any regrets with me ever," he told TMZ.

When police spoke with Busey about the allegations, he first "denied groping anyone," then asked the cops "to apologize to the victims" and "talk the victims out of pursuing complaints," according to the affidavit of probable cause that the Cherry Hill Police Department filed regarding the alleged incidents.

Busey also claimed while talking to cops "that sometimes it is possible to accidentally touch someone in a specific body part," the affidavit of probable cause continued.

None of these statements were in the videos the Cherry Hill Police Department released.

The women's statements resulted in Busey being charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual contact, one count of fourth-degree attempted criminal sexual contact and one count of harassment, according to a Cherry Hill Police Department News Release.

Monster-Mania Con organizers said immediately upon receiving a complaint from convention attendees, the actor was removed from the convention and instructed not to return.

Monster-Mania Con organizers added that they are "assisting authorities in their investigation" and that "the safety and well-being of all our attendees is of the utmost importance to Monster-Mania, and the company will not tolerate any behavior that could compromise those values."

Busey, who lives in Malibu, California, is widely known for his supporting roles, although he was nominated for an Oscar for best actor for playing the title role in the 1978 film "The Buddy Holly Story." Busey has also appeared on television shows such as "Entourage" and "Two and a Half Men."
