Wind Storm Road Closures Linger In Cherry Hill
Gusts peaked between 50 and 60 mph throughout the area.

CHERRY HILL, NJ — Several Cherry Hill roadways remained closed on Tuesday after last weekend's damaging wind storm.
Two intersections were closed as of Tuesday morning because of downed trees and wires, police said:
- Edison and Stanford roads
- Mercer Street and Graham Avenue
Powerful winds tore through the region Sunday and Monday, causing tens of thousands of power outages throughout the state.

Peak gusts measured between 50 and 60 mph in the Cherry Hill area, according to the National Weather Service.
A portion of Cherry Hill residents and businesses lost power. But there are only a few outages in the township as of late Tuesday morning, according to PSE&G.
