Woman Killed In Thanksgiving Hit-And-Run In Cherry Hill: Police

CHERRY HILL, NJ — Police are investigating a hit-and-run accident in which a woman was killed while crossing Route 70 in Cherry Hill on Thanksgiving.

She was crossing Route 70 in the area of the f the Garden State Park shopping complex at about 7:10 p.m. when she was struck, Cherry Hill police said Tuesday morning.

She was crossing the westbound lanes when she was hit by a dark-colored car near the center median, police said. Without stopping, the car continued west on Route 70, police said.
