Committee & BOE Meetings, Christmas Reading Highlight Week Ahead
Get a glimpse at what's happening this week in and around Cinnaminson—and let us know if we missed anything.

This week starts off with a trio of meetings. Township committee will hold a work session at 6:30 p.m. Monday, followed immediately by its regular meeting at 7:30 in the committee chambers at town hall. An agenda for the meetingwas not made available to Patch on Friday.
The Cinnaminson Board of Education also meets at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. Among the items on the agenda:
- The board will authorize business administrator Tom Egan to request proposals from food service management companies for the 2014-15 school year.
- Auditor Robert Inverso, of Inverso & Stewart, LLC, will present an audit report for the 2012-13 school year, which the board is expected to adopt.
- Isaiah Udotong, an "Outstanding Participant" in the National Achievement Scholarship Program, will also present to the board.
The board meets at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in room 120 at the middle school.
The Historical Society of Riverton kicks off the holiday season early (not counting the Christmas decorations that have been up at department stores since Halloween) with a dramatic retelling of Dickens' A Christmas Carol, plus tea and a dessert buffet.
The event begins at 7 p.m. Thursday at the New Leaf. It's $15 per person and advance registration is required, so call 856-786-0323 to get in.
