Jacob E. Adirato, 23, of Delran, is wanted by the Burlington County Sheriff's Department on a warrant. Adirato failed to appear in state Superior Court in Mount Holly on charges of Forgery. His last known address was on Linfield Avenue in Delran. Adirato is approximately 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighs 155 pounds, and has black hair and blue eyes.
