Man Snuffs Cigarette on Woman’s Chest, Police Say

Rashad Parker's fight in Cinnaminson leads to assault and terroristic threat charges.

A Cherry Hill man’s violent fight with a woman in Cinnaminson led to a slew of charges and revealed he was already wanted for making terroristic threats.

Rashad Parker, 26, of the 200 block of Tavistock Road in Cherry Hill, put out his cigarette on a woman’s chest and bit her face several times during a brutal fight, Cinnaminson Police say. The fight took place at 4:55 p.m. on May 20 in the 600 block of South Randolph Street.

Police arrested Parker, who authorities say lied repeatedly about his identity. When police discovered his true identity, they learned he was wanted by the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office for terroristic threats.

For the Cinnaminson incident, Parker was charged with simple assault, hindering apprehension, resisting arrest, false entries on documents and terroristic threats.

He was sent to the Burlington County Jail in default of $30,000 bail, plus the no-bail warrant from Camden County.
