Whistler's Inn, 901 Route 130 South, noon to 10 p.m.
The outdoor Deck was renovated in 2014, and it is open all year round, according to the restaurant's website. With large glass garage styled doors keeping the New Jersey cold out and the warmth in during the winter, and the garage doors open up in the spring so you can feel the breeze on your face.
