Search For Woman Who Jumped Off Tacony-Palmyra Bridge Suspended: Coast Guard
The search was suspended Sunday with no body found, Coast Guard personnel said.

PALMYRA, NJ — The search for a 25-year-old woman who jumped off the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge on Saturday evening was suspended Sunday, according to emergency personnel.
The woman jumped off the bridge around 5:30 p.m. Saturday and the U.S. Coast Guard searched for her for nearly 11 hours with boats and a helicopter, first from 6 p.m. to midnight and then again Sunday morning, Lt. Madeleine Rizzuto said.
The search was suspended Sunday with no body found, as the water and air temperatures made the environment unsurvivable, according to Rizzuto.
