• PUBLIC NOTICE- Ord 22-2025 Borough of Clayton – Amending Garbage/Trash Code Book (thenjsentinel.com) — Clayton officials are preparing to overhaul the borough’s garbage rules as they switch from manual trash pickup to automated trash and recycling collection under a new 2026 contract. Residents can attend a public hearing and possible final vote on Ordinance 22-2025 at 6 p.m. on December 30 at the Municipal Building, or review the full ordinance at the clerk’s office on Delsea Drive.
