Asters Floral Shop to Leave Collingswood
Collingswood's loss is Haddon Township's gain as the flower shop leaves the borough for just over the border.
Asters Floral Shop is taking its rainbow of flowers down the road—just far enough that it will no longer be a Collingswood address.
The flower shop plans to relocate to Haddon Township soon. A sign went up at 29 Haddon Ave., Westmont, announcing Asters's pending arrival. The new location is precisely one mile from the shop's current Haddon Avenue location in Collingswood.
Collingswood's west end of Haddon Avenue has seen some business upheaval, both good and bad, in recent weeks. Little Louie's BBQ closed its doors in February, while TAR Salon is relocating April 1 just down the block into a larger location.

There is one bright spot for Collingswood shoppers even with Asters moving: Most of the shop's merchandise is 50 percent off right now.
