COLLINGSWOOD, NJ - A Haddon Avenue mainstay has closed its doors after a two-decade run in Collingswood.

Mexican-inspired eatery The Tortilla Press, owned by husband-and-wife team Mark Smith and Lydia Cipriani, closed their Collingswood location last weekend after 21 years in business.

The duo took over the former home of the Collingswood Family Restaurant in 2002, per the Philadelphia Inquirer. The couple decided to close The Tortilla Press due to rising food and labor prices following the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the outlet.
