Crane-Phillips House Meeting, Lt. Governor Visits Networking Event This Week

What’s happening this week in Cranford?

Crane-Phillips House Meeting: On Monday night, a public meeting will be held to discuss the proposed designation of the Crane-Phillips House as a local historic landmark. The Cranford Historic Preservation Advisory Board will host the meeting at 7:30 p.m. in the Cranford Community Center.

Cranford Chamber Networking Event: The Lt. Governor will be in attendance at Wednesday’s Cranford Chamber of Commerce networking event. Tickets are $10 for members and $15 for non-members.  Call 908-272-6114 to register or register online at www.cranford.com/chamber. The event take place at 12 p.m. at Atria Senior Living.

Fresh Press Juice Co.: Two local women will be opening a new business in Cranford this January. Fresh Press Juice Co. will be located at 105 South Avenue East and offer fresh cold press juices, juice cleanses, salads, smoothies, muffins, frozen treats and more.  We will talk to co-owner Deven Burgio this week. Burgio owns the business with her sister, Lauren Miller.

Blind Masseuse: Also, we’ll speak to a blind masseuse thriving at Elements Massage Studio in Cranford. Check back for these stories on Cranford Patch!

Elements Canned Food Drive: Elements Therapeutic Massage is accepting donations for Cranford Family Care’s Food Pantry until Nov. 21. Those who bring two or more cans or two or more boxed dry goods will receive a free Hot Stone upgrade.  Elements is located at 18 North Ave. West.
