Springfield Ave Southbound Closed for Portions of Thursday, Friday

A portion of Springfield Avenue southbound between Penn Road and West End Place will undergo roadwork from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday and Friday.

Cranford Police have informed drivers to avoid this area during the construction times. The department has established detours for southbound traffic, but northbound should not be impacted by the work.

Dryer Farms will be accessible during this time.

The roadwork is part of the road resurfacing following the water main upgrade on Springfield Avenue.
