According to a recent article by NJ.com, Mizu Sushi in Cranford was ranked the #6 best sushi restaurant in the state. It was also ranked above all other sushi restaurants in Union County.
Food writer Karim Shamsi-Basha raved about Mizu's vegetable maki roll and described it as "fresh and delightful." In a maki roll, the fish, vegetables or other ingredients are rolled up inside of seaweed — also called nori — and vinegared rice.
