UCC Offers Real Estate Exam Training

Classes will be offered on Mondays and Wednesdays starting Feb. 4 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. in Scotch Plains.

Union County College will be offering a course to prepare individuals to take the New Jersey sales and licensing exam to become a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey. This 75-hour course meets the Real Estate Commission requirements for the N.J. sales licensing exam.  

This Real Estate Sales class will be offered on Mondays and Wednesdays starting Feb. 4 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. on the College’s Scotch Plains campus. This class will run through early May and students must pass the final exam with a grade of 70% or better to receive a certificate of completion. The course costs $475 and includes the cost of the book.
