• 13th New Jersey City Waives Permit Fees (thetruthaboutguns.com) — Dumont is now among several New Jersey towns refunding the municipal portion of the state’s $200 concealed-carry permit fee, effectively waiving $150 for applicants. Gun-rights groups are coordinating this effort statewide and encourage residents to bring the model resolution to their own local officials to push for similar relief.
