Athletic Complex At East Brunswick Schools Close To Completion
The facility will be ready for the upcoming season, according to district administrators.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - The new girls' softball and field hockey complex is nearing completion, with testing and certification still underway.
During the Board of Education meeting held on Nov. 21, Superintendent Victor Valeski gave the community an update on the complex.
The G-max testing of the synthetic turf field was successfully done recently, assessing its shock absorption capabilities.

“There are some other items in process before the site can officially be turned over to the district, and these include the installation of handrails, security gates, ball stop netting and of course, the all-important security systems,” Valeski said.
Despite the project's apparent completion, further work is necessary.

The facility will be ready for the upcoming season, and landscaping improvements are visible from the aerial shots of the site.
“We are looking forward to dedicating this facility and having it ready for our girls' teams in the upcoming season,” Valeski said. “It's gonna be awesome.”
