Board Extends Spring Break by Two days

Unused emergency closing days means spring break will begin two days early

Spring Break just got a little bit longer.

The East Brunswick Board of Education voted Thursday evening to close all schools for students and staff on Wednesday, April 4, and Wednesday, April 5 to make up for two of four unused emergency closing days that were included in the district calendar.

Spring break will begin now Wednesday, April 4, with students returning on Monday, April 16. The Board of education approved this revision to the calendar at its March 22, 2012 meeting.
