Buckle Up for the Worst Potholes in East Brunswick

Nothing puts a dent in a morning commute like bad traffic and a street littered with potholes.

Blizzard 2016 left monumental snowfalls up and down the east coast, and East Brunswick was not immune to its wrath.

Large snowfalls compiled with El Niño-induced warmer temperatures have caused more potholes and road problems than most motorists can stomach.

Patch readers gave us a rundown of particularly pocked streets in their neighborhoods. Here are some spots that might be worth detouring:

• “Cranbury Rd. overpass of Rte. 18.”

• “Corner of Redcoat and Ryders. Tices Ln., almost the whole length...”

• “Arthur St. coming out of Stop & Shop. Ramp getting onto Milltown Rd. from South River.”

• “Corner of New Brunswick Ave. and Rues Ln., making a right.”

• “Ross Court. Permanent injury to my beloved dog, Sam, from running through it and catching his leg.”

• “Port St. off Helmetta Blvd. almost swallowed my car.”

• “Lake Ave. by [the] army recruiting office.”
