Developer Proposes 2-Story Medical Offices In East Brunswick

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — A developer has proposed to build a two-story medical office in Cranbury Road, East Brunswick.
The applicant 469 Cranbury Road LLC is seeking to expand and renovate an existing one-story building to include another floor with a total floor area of 13,541 square feet.
The renovations will also include parking spots for 60 vehicles and two for electric vehicles. They also propose a Porte Cochere or covered entrance for patient drop-off, according to documents filed with the East Brunswick Planning Board.

The property located at 469 Cranbury Road, is within the OP-2 “office professional zone” district. The site is located along the southbound side of Cranbury Road.
The township's Planning Board is expected to hear the application on Sept. 25.
