Dine Outdoors At East Brunswick’s Orchard Terrace From April 25
Orchard Terrace opens for the season beginning April 25. Dine outdoors amid lush surroundings in East Brunswick.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — The popularity of outdoor dining has skyrocketed since the pandemic. Last year, Chef David Burke launched Orchard Terrace, a new outdoor dining patio on the 15-acre campus of Park Chateau Estate and Gardens.

“You definitely will want to dress in your fair-weather finest to match this magnificent setting,” Burke said in a statement. “It’s like a fine European garden and the owners have spared no expense outfitting the exceptional outdoor space. And we offer a menu that matches the setting. Our Terrace menu is similar to Orchard Park’s with steaks, hamburgers, pizza and roasted fish, with added summer favorites too, such as raw bar items, lobster rolls and main course salads that spotlight New Jersey’s legendary produce.”

Orchard Terrace offers a dedicated flagstone patio with custom furnishings including lounges, a full-service bar with two large TV screens, fireplaces, protective covering, heaters, attractive green walls and potted floral arrangements.
The value nights available in Orchard Park’s main dining areas will be available on the Terrace. Here’s what's on the menu for the special nights:

- Tuesday Burger Night – two courses prix fixe and a glass of wine or beer $32+
- Wednesday Date Night – three courses prix fixe $35+
- Thursday Sushi Night – Special Maki Rolls $8 - $22 & Nigiri $24
There are plans underway to add live music and dancing on Friday from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. once the weather is consistently warm, hotel officials said. There will be a special Cinco de Mayo celebration on Thursday, May 5.
